Chelsea Flat Renovation

This gorgeous flat had been rented for 14 years and was in desperate need of attention. Keeping to our client's budget, we brightened up each room with new flooring, paint, lighting and replaced the large windows in the front. We replaced the boiler, radiators and installed a new navy kitchen. Our client wanted to keep the original marble in the bathroom so we carefully replaced the brassware, basin units, shower tray, mirrors and lighting. We have subsequently been asked back to do several other projects on different properties for this client.
