This gorgeous flat had been rented for 14 years and was in desperate need of some attention.  Keeping to our client’s budget, we brightened up each room with new flooring, paint, lighting and replaced the large windows in the front.   Our gas engineer replaced the boiler and the radiators and we installed a fresh clean navy kitchen.  Our client wanted to keep the original marble on the bathrooms so we carefully replaced the brassware, basin units, shower tray, mirrors and lighting in each.  We helped choose some neutral light fittings and blinds and not surprisingly the flat is already rented out again.
