This young client found a derelict flat in Putney in need of modernisation.  With advice from our structural engineer and asbestos specialist, we removed a wall to create a fabulous open plan kitchen / living room.  New windows and balcony door create an extremely bright and spacious room and the new boiler and radiators ensure that the open rooms will heat properly in the winter.  We changed all the flooring and our award-winning bathroom designer changed the bathroom layout to include a secret cupboard with washer dryer.  The result is the perfect two bedroom flat.
